Job Description
- Water Mitigation: Extracting water, setting up/monitoring dehumidifiers and air movers.
- Debris Removal/Demolition: Removing wet drywall, carpet, and contaminated materials.
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Cleaning affected areas and contents to remove soot, smoke, and mold.
- Equipment Maintenance: Loading, unloading, and cleaning equipment, such as fans and vacuums.
- Documentation: Assisting with job site documentation, including taking photos and daily log notes.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift over 50 lbs, work in confined spaces (crawl spaces), and stand for long periods.
- Valid License: A clean, valid driver's license is usually required for driving company vehicles.
- Flexibility: Availability for on-call hours and emergency services (nights/weekends)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part Time / Temporary
PAY RATE: $20.00 /HR
The pay rate ranges from $20.00 to $85.00
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary; overtime as needed)
