Job Description
- Raking: Ensure a smooth, level asphalt surface with expert raking techniques
- Rolling: Operate rollers to achieve proper compaction and finish
- Grinding: Skillfully use grinding equipment for resurfacing and prep
- Skid Steer Operation: Oversee skid steer operation, including sweeping
- Forming: Construct forms for curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways.
- Finishing: Finish concrete from broom finish to ADA.
- Crew Management: Supervise and support team members, ensuring safety, productivity, and high-quality results
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration
- Able to communicate with property owners, adjusters, and project managers
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos and logs
- Train and mentor team members
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Additional Information
Pay Rate:35.00-50.55 hr
Pay Rate Ranges: $15.00-$85.00/HR
