Job Description

  • Preparation (Mise en Place): Setting up and stocking stations with ingredients, chopping vegetables, mixing sauces, and preparing components for dishes.
  • Cooking: Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to execute orders according to recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Plating & Presentation: Assembling dishes correctly and garnishing them for presentation.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean work area, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, storing food properly, and following health codes.
  • Inventory & Communication: Checking inventory, reporting shortages, and communicating with chefs and other staff.
  • Breakdown: Cleaning stations and equipment at the end of the shift.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced, and noisy environment.
  • Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes. 

Additional Information

Employment Type- Monday - Friday. Weekends included 

Pay Rate-$21.00/HR

Pay-Rate Ranges $17.75/HR-$85.00/HR
