Sales Branch Manager / Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Branch Manager / Recruiter to lead operations, grow new business, and deliver outstanding service to both clients and associates. This role is responsible for managing branch performance and achieving profitable annual revenue goals.

Drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships

Recruit, hire, and manage associate workforce

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure profitability

Deliver exceptional customer and employee service

Conduct external sales activities and networking

Travel as needed (70%+ may be required)
Job Requirements
-
Previous staffing industry experience required
-
Minimum of 3 years as a successful Staffing Branch Manager

Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
-
Strong sales and business development background
-
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license
-
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
-
Clean driving record (must pass background check)

COVID-19 vaccination
Additional Information
PAY RATE: $25.00
The pay rate ranges from $25.00 - $85.00
SCHEDULE: 06:00AM - 03:00 PM
