We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Branch Manager / Recruiter to lead operations, grow new business, and deliver outstanding service to both clients and associates. This role is responsible for managing branch performance and achieving profitable annual revenue goals.

• Drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships

• Recruit, hire, and manage associate workforce

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure profitability

• Deliver exceptional customer and employee service

• Conduct external sales activities and networking

• Travel as needed (70%+ may be required)

• Previous staffing industry experience required

• Minimum of 3 years as a successful Staffing Branch Manager

• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Strong sales and business development background

• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

• Clean driving record (must pass background check)
