Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries by actively listening and providing accurate product and service information.
- Educate customers on door systems, hardware, and related services to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, calculate charges, and handle billing or payments efficiently.
- Review and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Manage product returns, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Six months or more of sales experience, preferably in a construction or building materials environment.
- Prior experience in the door industry (commercial or residential) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management software.
- Ability to professionally balance assertive sales techniques with exceptional customer service.
Additional Information
Pay rate: $18/Hour +
Pay range: $18-$85 (We are required by law to list highest paid employee)
