Sales Representative
Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries by actively listening and providing accurate product and service information.
Educate customers on door systems, hardware, and related services to support informed purchasing decisions.
Process orders, prepare quotes, calculate charges, and handle billing or payments efficiently.
Review and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Manage product returns, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Six months or more of sales experience, preferably in a construction or building materials environment.
Prior experience in the door industry (commercial or residential) strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM and sales management software.
Ability to professionally balance assertive sales techniques with exceptional customer service.
Additional Information
Pay rate: $16.50/Hour +
Pay range: $16.50 -$85 (We are required by law to list highest paid employee)
