We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing glass and window company. The Sales Representative will generate new business, meet with residential and commercial customers, recommend products, prepare estimates, and close sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing leads, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, builders, and commercial clients to assess project needs.
• Educate customers on window, glass, and door products, features, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Conduct on-site measurements and gather project information when required.
• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
• Coordinate with installation and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, competitors, and pricing.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient with computers, email, and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Experience in window, glass, construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial window systems, glass products, and installation processes.
• Experience reading blueprints or construction plans.
• Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or property managers.
