We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Sandblaster Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience with abrasive blasting equipment and be comfortable working in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting and abrasive blasting equipment safely
• Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing
• Clean and remove rust, paint, grease, and other materials from surfaces
• Inspect equipment and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with general labor and production duties as needed
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

• Previous sandblasting or industrial labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working with heavy equipment and tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work in dusty and noisy environments
• Respirator or PPE use may be required
• Steel-toe boots required
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
