Job Description

Our mission is to sand blast and preserve projects using the highest quality standards. We care about the training of our personnel and working towards a more sustainable future.

Shop Work

We also provide Powder Coating and Marine coating services for smaller projects like patio furniture and railing.

Naval Projects

Our team can tackle NAVSEA Standard work. DBIDS REQUIRED- CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.

On-Site Residential Projects

We provide on-site sandblasting services for companies, businesses, and various contractors all throughout San Diego and Southern California

Commercial Projects

Whatever or wherever it is, we can help tackle larger sandblasting and painting projects on site. We have a mobile team ready to help you out on your large projects.

Job Requirements

  • Stage parts and assemblies for blasting processes.

  • Prepare and set up necessary tools and equipment for blasting processes.

  • Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.

  • Sand surfaces between coats of paint or primer to remove flaws and enhance adhesion for subsequent coats.

  • Spray prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primers and decorative or finish coatings.

  • Mask designated surface areas with tape or paper in order to protect them from paint.

  • Clean and maintain an orderly work area. Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

  • Attention to detail and quality is required

  • Receives and carries out directions from designated Supervisors and foremen

  • Identifies and obtains equipment, tools and materials needed to properly perform job function

  • Knowledge and use of common hand tools

  • Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.

  • Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance. This is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
