Job Description
- Perform clothing alterations, including hems, taking in/out, tapers, elastic replacements, hole repairs, and zipper replacements on various fabrics and garments.
- Conduct fittings and take accurate measurements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with different types of sewing equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in alterations and tailoring.
- Ability to complete both simple and complex repairs/alterations with minimal training.
- Must be comfortable working on-site, off-site and assisting customers with fittings.
- Bilingual preferred (English required).
- Applicants will be required to complete a few simple repair and alteration tasks to demonstrate their skills.
