Job Description
A secret shopper is responsible for determining the quality of products, customer service, and store environments while posing as ordinary customers. You will also be required to submit reports on your findings in a timely manner. We are currently looking for people to help us with our alcohol and tobacco compliance program. Candidates will assist as a secret shopper with the following qualifications:
-Must be between the ages of 21-25 years old
-Must have a Valid ID
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have good customer service skills.
