Job Description

  • Lead teams to complete day to day tasks.
  • Enjoy being of service to customers.
  • Inventory management
  • Extremely detailed. 
  • Distribute all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective manner
  • Assess individual team member abilities and aptitudes, incorporate into shift duties to promote happy employees and effective workflows
  • Oversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively during each shift

Job Requirements

  • Previous leadership role preferred.
  • Great attendance, weekend availability, and overtime when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • A drive to succeed, motivated
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved

Additional Information

  • The pay rate ranges from $18.50-$85.00 
  • SCHEDULE:  8:00-5:30pm
