Job Description

  • Clean out, sweeping, and preparing vacated storage units for new tenants

  • Sweeping, mopping, and dusting common areas, including hallways, loading docks, and elevators 

  • Clean and disinfect restrooms and break areas. 

  • Empty trash cans and, in some cases, handling trash compactors  

  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property  

  • Follow safety protocol 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Able to follow instructions directed by supervisors 

  • Able to lift more than 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities

  • Ability to handle various maintenance tasks as assigned.

Additional Information

Pay Rate-$18.00/HR

Pay-Rate Ranges $16.90/HR-$85.00/HR
