Operate printing equipment: Use screen printing, heat press, or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) machines to print designs on garments according to order specifications.

Prepare materials & artwork: Set up print stations, align artwork, mix inks, load shirts, and ensure proper placement and color accuracy.

Inspect quality: Monitor print quality throughout production runs; check for misprints, ink errors, or alignment issues. Flag and correct any defective prints.

Maintain equipment: Clean screens, presses, and work areas regularly. Perform basic maintenance and report any issues with machinery.

Fulfill and pack orders: Fold, tag, and package finished products accurately and efficiently. Label orders for delivery or pick-up.

Follow production schedule: Work from daily work orders or batch lists to complete jobs on time. Prioritize rush orders or custom requests as directed.

Adhere to safety & shop protocols: Follow all health, safety, and company standards for equipment use, ink handling, and workspace conduct.

Support team operations: Coordinate with designers, supervisors, and fulfillment staff to keep the production process running smoothly.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
