Provides support to all departments by ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and stocked. 

They inventory and maintain warehouse and job site equipment use and repair.

Repairing and maintaining the building's plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems. 

Receiving and responding to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises.

Maintaining the structure's fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems.

Paint doors and fix plumbing issues and sinks. 

Also work with heating systems by installing ventilation filters for odor issues that might arise from time to time.

Outside Landscape 

Require at least two years of maintenance experience.

Should be skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are also important.

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb the ladder
