We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and lead a team to meet productivity and quality goals.

Key Requirements

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to support business needs.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, productivity, and warehouse performance.

• High school diploma
• Warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
