Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Develop and implement process to optimize efficiency, productivity, and space utilization 

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels at all times.

Conduct biannual fill physical inventories and periodic cycle counts 

Monitor inventory discrepancies, losses, damages, and shrinkage and implement corrective actions. 

Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation 

Enforce attendance policies, work schedules, and dress code compliance. 

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and all applicable standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement solutions. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delays or issues.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, inspections, and operational activities. 

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and warehouse supplies.

Lead daily or weekly team meetings to communicate priorities, performance expectations, and safety reminders.
