Warehouse Worker
Job Description

Order Picking: Navigating the warehouse to pull the correct products and quantities from shelves, racks, or bins based on digital pick tickets or RF scanner instructions.

Packing & Shipping: Preparing orders for dispatch. This includes boxing items, padding fragile goods, applying shipping labels, and shrink-wrapping pallets.

Inventory Control: Conducting physical cycle counts, restocking empty shelves, and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect stock levels.

Equipment Operation: Using manual or powered pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified) to safely transport heavy loads.

Safety & Upkeep: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and comply with OSHA guidelines.
Job Requirements

Attention to Detail: Critical for accurate tracking and audits.

Heavy Lifting: Frequently lifting and moving packages weighing anywhere from up to 50 pounds.

Mobility: Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods.

Physical Stamina: Often required to lift, move, and count items in warehouse environments.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring the correct product , sizes, and quantities are pulled to minimize return rates and mis-picks.
Additional Information
Employment Type- Monday-Friday, Weekends, and Holidays
Pay Rate-$18.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges $16.90/HR-$85.00/HR
