We are seeking a reliable and experienced Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of residential and commercial windows while maintaining high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install replacement and new construction windows according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Measure and prepare window openings for installation.
• Remove existing windows and dispose of materials properly.
• Seal, insulate, and finish installed windows to ensure weatherproof performance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

• Previous experience installing windows, doors, or related construction work is preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
