Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Woodshop Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves working with wood materials to produce quality finished products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drill and shape wood panels according to specifications
- Stamp and edge sand decks to ensure smooth, finished surfaces
- Sort, organize, and stack veneers for production use
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
- Comfortable working with hand tools and wood materials
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Previous woodshop or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
This position operates in a woodshop/manufacturing setting with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery. Proper safety equipment will be provided.
Additional Information
Location: Ventura County
Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts
-Pay Range: $17.00 - $85
