We are seeking a reliable Woodshop Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. This role involves working with wood materials to produce quality finished products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drill and shape wood panels according to specifications
• Stamp and edge sand decks to ensure smooth, finished surfaces
• Sort, organize, and stack veneers for production use
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures

• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday
• Comfortable working with hand tools and wood materials
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Previous woodshop or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
